About

Sarah joined Rooks Rider in August 2021. She advises on all aspects of private client matters including Will drafting for UK and international clients, tax planning, trusts, and probate.

Sarah is also a mental capacity specialist and advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 including Statutory Wills, gratuitous care allowance, cross-border capacity issues, equity releases, and gifting applications.

Sarah is a trustee of Surrey Care Trust; a small charity based in Surrey who provides learning, training and mentoring to young people and adults to enable them to improve their chances in life.

Sarah was nominated and shortlisted for the award of Young Practitioner of the Year in the British Wills and Probate Awards 2020. She won second place and was highly commended.
