Gemma acts on behalf of national and international clients undertaking a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution work, the majority of which is in the High Court in England – Chancery (including Companies Court) and Queen’s Bench Divisions.
The nature of work undertaken includes commercial contract disputes; company disputes, which includes shareholder, director and partnership disputes, including s.994 unfair prejudice petitions; injunctive relief applications, with particular emphasis on restrictive covenant disputes; company restorations; tax litigation; contentious trust disputes; enforcement of foreign judgments in England; insolvency, including company and personal; construction disputes; commercial debt recovery, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediations.
