Legal assistance available to Thomas Cook landlords

Following the winding up orders made against Thomas Cook Group plc and their associated companies this week, many landlords have been left with a tenant in liquidation and no rental income.  It is estimated that there could be as many as 593 stores which have closed with immediate effect.

According to the government website, insolvency practitioners at KPMG have already been appointed as Special Managers to deal with the retail elements of Thomas Cook.
