The Leasehold Advisory Group was founded by Rooks Rider Solicitors and offers advice on Leasehold Enfranchisement. Our clients who own a leasehold house under a lease which was originally granted for more than 21 years, may be eligible to buy the freehold. We also advise on extending leases.
