Working with our Business Clients

Rooks Rider Solicitors can handle the legal requirements of all businesses at each stage of development, from initial inception and incorporation, through to flotation and beyond.

Our clients cover a broad range of industry sectors, always using their accomplishments and ambitions for the future as our starting point. We see the commercial benefits for our clients in partnering with them for the long term and we therefore work closely with them on their business and the creation of future business plans. Our Challoner House address can be used as the Registered Office for any UK Company. If this address is used, documents and correspondence from Companies’ House and the Inland Revenue would be sent to us. We can also prepare the annual return for you to check and sign. The current fee for this service is £500 per annum, plus VAT and disbursements.

The current fee for the provision of a Company Secretary is £250 per annum, plus VAT and disbursements.
    .
  • Company Services
In addition to the above services, we can assist with any aspect of your company’s day-to-day activities (e.g. preparation of Board Minutes) or governance (e.g. information relating to the responsibilities of the company’s officers/holding of directors and shareholders’ meetings).
