The conference will commence with a discussion of the macro issues affecting the wealth management industry and will examine innovation from practitioners in a highly compliance focused regulatory environment. The second day will focus on the anatomy of the trust, and look into cross border issues, family dispute resolutions, family succession plans and mental capacity issues.
