Lindsey handles a wide range of corporate and commercial work.
On the corporate side, her work includes corporate acquisitions and reorganisations, business sales, management buy-outs, joint ventures and shareholder relationships, funding and secured lending.
She also advises in relation to general commercial agreements, including agency and distribution, supply and licensing, asset management, asset financing, franchising and outsourcing.
Lindsey's experience includes ship sales and purchase, ownership structures, ship finance, flagging and reflagging, security enforcement and scrapping.
Career
Lindsey was articled to Simmons & Simmons and qualified in 1991. She joined Middleton Potts as an assistant solicitor in 1995 and became a partner there in 1999. Lindsey joined Rooks Rider as a Partner in 2005.
