Lucy joined Rooks Rider in 1997 and having qualified was invited to join the real estate department. She was made an associate April 2007.
Summary of work
Lucy is a leading lawyer in the field of leasehold enfranchisement and is a member of the Leasehold Advisory Group which specialises in advising on leasehold enfranchisement and extensions under the 1967 and 1993 legislation. Lucy also advises on residential and commercial sales and purchases, residential and commercial landlord and tenant, secured lending and landed estates.
Lucy enjoys networking and is an active member of several networking groups including Clerkenwell Business Junction, 1230/TWC, Financial Mail Women's Forum and Rooks Rider's With Women In Mind.
