Rooks Rider are founders and co-founders of several different business groups:-

Leasehold Advisory Group
The Group consists of several members of Rooks Rider and Michael Tims & Company, consultant valuers specialising in London residential property. The group offers advice on enfranchisement; clients who own a leasehold house under a lease which was originally granted for more than 21 years may be able to buy the freehold.

With Women In Mind
The networking group for professional and entrepreneurial woman was established in 1993 by Rooks Rider Solicitors. It is an exclusive networking group primarily for professional and entrepreneurial women and offers its members a unique opportunity to socialise, interact and exchange ideas with like minded women to enhance their business, career and life in general.

With The Future In Mind
The networking group for professionals in the early stages of their careers was established in 2007 by serveral members of Rooks Rider and is exclusively aimed at bringing together young professionals across London. The group was born from a realisation that, in today's competitive market, young professionals want to make their mark and begin developing a network of contacts and clients early in their careers.

Members of Rooks Rider are also actively involved with the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Self Storage Association (SSA)
