Our Risk Management team aims to resolve any dispute as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. We avoid sterile application of the law and judge our success by whether we attain our clients' objectives.

We are best able to achieve this if we are involved at an early stage so that we can identify all of the relevant issues and ascertain our clients' aims, commercial interests or personal goals and give clear and objective advice.

We have an excellent track record of resolving cases to our clients' advantage through negotiation, arbitration and mediation. Indeed, we find Alternative Dispute Resolution to be an increasingly successful way of resolving disputes in a cost effective way.

However, if litigation proves necessary we always fight very hard for our clients through skilful use of court procedure and a sound knowledge of the law. We have a high success rate in cases taken to trial.
