Knowledge of the market place in which our clients operate and the interaction of tax planning have led to an expertise in the creation of corporate tax structures both here and overseas. Such structures are individually designed for business or private use and the needs of clients who are resident overseas.

Our strengths in handling the affairs of private individuals has meant that we are also skilled in all areas related to the residential market, agricultural land and estates.

The firm is a founder member of The Leasehold Advisory Group together with a real estate consultancy practice and a firm of financial advisers. The Group has its own website www.leaseholdadvice.co.uk and was specifically formed to advise residential real estate tenants on lease extensions and group freehold purchases (enfranchisements). Its views are often sought by the media as well as clients.

The firm also advises in the facilities space market place and is a member of the Self Storage Association.
