Summary of Work:
Robert advises on a broad range of international wealth planning, UK tax and fiduciary issues arising on the establishment, administration, reorganisation and termination of offshore structures (whether involving trusts, companies, foundations or other vehicles). Reorganisations have recently involved structures holding UK real estate.
His client base includes wealthy individual settlors, beneficiaries, trustees (onshore and offshore), protectors, family offices and other service providers. He also advises individuals on domicile and residency issues and on the preparation of wills.
Robert provides expert advice to clients on making disclosures to HMRC using the Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility (LDF) and other Facilities.
Robert is also a qualified Attorney and Barrister in Bermuda. He joined Rooks Rider Solicitors in 2011
